Package 1 includes

• A thorough "walk around" your home with an assesment of must do's specific to your home necessary to obtain top price and help negate any negative buyer reaction.
• We photograph your home and supply a minimum of 10 high quality images on CD to use in your selected advertising, For Sale Board and to email to prospective purchasers.
• We supply an A4 colour brochure print ready on CD plus 20 hard copies to give to your prospective buyers.
• We will write 3 different advertisements ready for you to insert in the local newspapers.
• We supply buyer inquiry forms to track your inspections.
• Full ongoing phone contact with our office  at anytime.
• Advise on matters relating to paperwork and Lawyer liason.

This package is just $950.00 flat fee

You can upgrade to any other package at any time.

Package 2 includes all of package 1 plus the following:

• Your home will be advertised on our website for at least 2 months. This will include the "feature home" on the opening page plus 6 photos.
• Write and insert adverts each week on behalf of the owner in selected local newspapers.
• Prepare artwork for "For Sale" board and supply on CD.
• Laise with any potential buyers on behalf of the owners.
• Liaise with lawyers regarding content of contracts.

$950.00 plus 1% of sale price

You can upgrade to any other package at any time

Package 3 Includes all of Package 1 and 2 plus:

• We attend all requested inspections with the purchasers
• We assist you with any negotiations with the purchasers
• We will attend your first open house inspection and advise on inspection procedure.
• We contact lawyers and assist with details for contract preparation
• We have constant contact with purchasers right through to settlement

$950.00 plus 1.6% of sale price

You can upgrade to package 4 at any time

Package 4 Includes all of package 1, 2 and 3 plus

• We perform all normal agent activities
• We advertise in local papers at no cost to you.
• We erect a For Sale Board at no cost to you.
• We prepare contracts and attend all negotiations on your behalf
• We prepare all documentation to Lawyers
• We hold any deposits in our approved trust account

$900.00 plus 2.5% of sale price in excess of $18,000

All packages are plus 10% GST
